Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Toss in cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes, then garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot.
