A quick and flavorful Asian cabbage stir fry with crisp vegetables and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add carrots and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Toss in cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use a wok or large pan for even cooking.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
